Instead of designing individual lines of supply to <br />each of these parcels, a single line was sized to serve all parcels. <br /> <br />The per acre cost of this single transmission line was compared to the <br /> <br />residual preliminary payment capacity of each parcel. The analysis <br />for both parcels near and away from the river showed that no parcels <br /> <br />had a remaining positive payment capacity. <br /> <br />0.4.5 preliminary Practicably Irrigable Acreage Determination <br />Table 0.6 and Figures 0.1 through 0.4 identify the preliminary <br />, <br />practicably irrigableacreage .for- .the .LaPlata watershed. The <br />preliminary PIA consists only of that acreage currently irrigated. <br />A total of 151 acres was identified as PIA in the La Plata Watershed. <br />The estimated annual water diversions would be 382 acre-feet from the <br /> <br />La Plata River. <br /> <br />18 <br />
