"Project Skyvater." <br />began in 1968 with the final report and analyses due in late 1976. <br />Environmental monitoring and effects studies have been made during <br />the pilot project. They indicate that there are no ahort-term <br />adverse impacts which cannot be adequately protected against. <br />Additional field exper~nt. have been completed in Arizona. <br />Colorado. Nev MexIco, Utah and Wyoming that developed the techniques <br />being tested 1n the pUot project. <br /> <br />Additional .tudiea of legal and environmental considerations of cloud <br />seeding will be c~leted in 1976 and cooperative agreement. for <br />planning, seeding operations, evaluation and water marketing will be <br />discussed with state agencies in the Colorado River Basin.
