A number of considerations which are unusually con- <br />troversial and important in California common to all of these, such as <br />area of origin protection, a 4.4 million acre-foot priority to Califor- <br />nia, regional watcr commissions, etc., are discussed, together with the <br />committee's comments, in Chapter V, "Major Policy Problem Areas." <br />A more general picture of the proposals is presented in this chapter. <br /> <br />1.
