<br />AF of water. The Idylwilde Reservoir will serve both La jmpound water
<br />nnd to ctiVCI~t water into a conduit, with a capac..:ity of approxirnrJtcly
<br />1,250 cts. 'rhe water will be utilized to produce olcctt'teal power and
<br />energy through the Idylwildc Power Plant (estimated power production
<br />of 24,000 kW) after which the water will be discharged into and
<br />impounded by the Kinnikinick Afterbay. The Rustic Diversion will
<br />serve both to impound water and to divert water into the Elkhorn
<br />conduit, with capacity of approximately 300 cfs. The water will be
<br />thereby transported to the: Cache La Poudrc Forcbay which will both
<br />impound the water and divert it throuqh a conduit, with an approximate
<br />capacity of 3,000 cfs, to the Cilche La poudre Power Plant. 'rhcrc the
<br />water will be utilized to produc!'";.' electrical powl.:r and energy (esti.mated
<br />power production 250,000 kW) after which it will be discharged into
