R2CROSS is one of <br />the standard techniques employed by state and <br /> <br />federal agencies to model instream hydraulic <br />parameters, R2CROSS was chosen because it <br />is time and labor efficient and produces <br />comparable results to more costly techniques, <br />i.e., the Instream Flow Incremental <br />Methodology, This manuscript provides an <br />overview of Colorado's Instream Flow Program <br />and documentation for the Board's R2CROSS <br />Lotus macro, The R2CROSS macro runs <br />efficiently on an ffiM-compatible 80486 <br />personal computer equipped with a hard disk <br />drive, and DOS 6.0, Windows 3,1, and Lotus <br />1-2-3 Release 4 for Windows software. <br /> <br />-11- <br />
