Adjustments in releases <br />from Morrow Point Dam would also be made as needed to protect water quality downstream of <br />Crystal Reservoir. <br /> <br />. Morrow Point Reservoir may be closed to the public from September 4th to October 1st as a <br />safety precaution and to protect resources. <br /> <br />. Trash and debris removed from the Morrow Point Power Plant inlet trash racks would be <br />disposed of oft'-site at a location approved by the National Park Service or at an existing <br />permitted land!ill. depending on the material removed, <br /> <br />. Replacement power would be purchased as needed to offset power generation losses during the <br />trash rack cleaning project, <br /> <br />.If a power emergency occurred during the Trash Rack Cleaning Project. other facilities of the <br />CRS'P (j,e, Flaming Gorge.
