<br />5.0 The Edit Menu <br /> <br />j <br />":: <br />..; <br /> <br />The Total Direct Diversions and Total Storage Diversions col- <br />umns do not accept user input. SPWRMS calculates the numbers in <br />these columns from the other diversion columns in the same row. <br /> <br />Hot Cells <br /> <br />Behind each number in the Diversion columns designated <br />Exchange or Priority is an additional layer of information. To enter <br />numbers for Priority or Exchange diversions, double click the <br />mouse in the cell you wish to edit. Double clicking will produce <br />either the Priority Diversions dialog or the Exchange dialog. <br /> <br />Priority Diversions <br /> <br />Priority diversions occur at an original, transferred to or alternate <br />point of diversion. The water right(s) assigned to the diversion must <br />have an administration number senior to any downstream call for <br />water. <br /> <br />To specify a priority diversion at a strUcture, double click in the Pri- <br />ority Diversion column for that strUcture. . <br /> <br />Double clicking produces the Priority Diversions dialog. From here, <br />the user can enter amounts for each admin. number divening under <br />the categories of Direct and Storage. The Distribute Amounts <br />button lets the user work backwards from a total amount, allocating <br />the total to water rights in order from senior to junior. <br /> <br />StrUcture List <br /> <br />The list labeled Structure in the upper left comer of the Priority <br />Diversions dialog contains a pulldown list of all diversion strUctures <br />on the Water Information Sheet to which the Priority Diversions dia- <br />log pertains. <br /> <br />When editing priority diversions for a WlS, there are two ways to <br />proceed. First, you may click on a cell in the Priority Diversions col- <br />umn, edit the diversions for that column, click OK and then repeat <br />the process for other strUctures. Second, you may click on a strUcture <br />to bring up the dialog, and then edit other strUctures in turn by chang- <br />ing the selection in the Structure list. Click OK when you are fin- <br />ished editing all of the strUctures. <br /> <br />Editinl!: the List of Diversions <br /> <br />To edit the lists of administration numbers divening for direct and <br />storage uses, first select the admin. number(s) you wish to add to the <br />list from the list of Available Rights.
