The water construction fund can significantly assist our many <br />communities with their water supply problems. In addition to the <br />domestic and municipal water problems, many of our irrigation systems <br />are obsolete and inefficient. If we are truly to practice water <br />canservation and dam safety, many of our irrigation systems must be <br />improved. I therefore strongly support, and urge your support, for <br />this small projects construction fund and for the enactment of this <br />total amendment to Senate Bill 35. <br /> <br />2~45 <br /> <br />-4- <br />
