USDA's Soil Conservation Service had a <br />representative whose name has not been located. Dr. Jan van <br />Schilfgaarde of the U.S. Salinity Laboratory in Riverside, <br />California, and John Maletic from the Bureau of <br />Reclamation's Engineering and Research Center in Denver, <br />were members of the Subgroup on Irrigation Efficiency. <br />Manuel Lopez of the Bureau of Reclamation's Yuma Projects <br />Office flew into to give technical advice. And others <br />attended from time to time. <br /> <br />., <br />
