Snowfall <br />in the Copejos River Canyon at times hampered highway relocation <br />surveys. The estimated run-off of the Conejos River and the Rio <br />Grande River is fax below normal, and a grave shortage in irrigation <br />supplies to the San Luis Valley is in prospect.
