CLUB 201995 Resolution supporting Reauthorization of the ESA and conditions <br /> <br />attached to that position, including: <br /> <br />· Scientific Peer Review <br /> <br />· Submit qualifications of biologist for state approval <br /> <br />· Strengthen the human and economic impact assessment ofESA findings <br /> <br />· Protection of water rights under state law <br /> <br />. Include recovery programs in the review process <br /> <br />· Insure federal funding for state mandates <br /> <br />· Acknowledge the legitimacy of state government findings and processes <br /> <br />2. Review the main action idea for the CLUB 20 Water Committee meeting <br /> <br /> <br />November 10th which is to demand Federal Fish & Wildlife define what recovery <br /> <br />IS. <br /> <br />3. CLUB 20 wants clearly stated goals so we know what recovery is (for all ESA <br /> <br />species) and when we have achieved it. <br />
