Design handbooks with the Objectives of protecting <br />or improving soil productivity, water quality and q~antity, <br />watershed condition, and riparian areas. To ensure timely availability of soil <br />and water resource information needed for the peric=ic <br />assessment required by the Forest and Rangeland Recewable <br />Resources planning Act (RPA), as amended. <br /> <br />4 <br /> <br />2512.03 - Policy.
