Also, <br />mechanisms are undesirable. <br /> <br />Mechanisms: Can all "selling" efforts, increase <br />governmental regulations, and increase <br />taxes? . <br /> <br />Question for Proponents: <br /> <br />How is it possible to lessen Colorado's attrac- <br />tiveness to outsiders without simultaneously <br />suppressing income levels of existing residents? <br /> <br />-5- <br />
