Aspinall Unit [Unit) of the <br />Colorado River Storage Project to the <br />Black Canyon of the Cunnison National <br />Monument [Monument). The purpose of <br />the contract is to provide wa ter for the <br />lor.,g.tenn protection of recreation. <br />scenic Bnd scientific values. and natural <br />resources of the Monument. for <br />protection of the Unit's purposes and <br />Colorado's water supplies. and to assist <br />in the recovery of dO\\71stream <br />endangered fisb species.
