In addition David Carlson-Colorado Department of <br />Agriculture, Ronald Cattany-Colorado Office of Energy Conservation, and Bruce <br />De Brine-Colorado Division of Water Resources, other key individuals in developing <br />task responsibilities and budget are Charlie Jordan-Colorado Division of Planning, <br />RobertA. Young & J. R. Mc Kean-Department of Economics-Colorado State University. <br />Mr. Jordan's responsibilities relate to work elements A-3-10 through 3-18 since the <br />Division of Planning is responsible for statewide demographic and economic model <br />coordination. Robert Young and John A. Me Kean will be responsible under Dave <br />Carlson's direction for the primary tasks set forth in elements A-I and A-3b. <br /> <br />The Detail Study Plan as developed by each of the above are attached giving outline <br />of work plans, schedules, and budgets. These plans do not include overhead and <br />indirect costs, costs of coordination of the various tasks, or public awareness. <br />Fiscal management costs are included in the overhead and indirect costs.
