<br />uJldui <br /> <br />2.1.9 Bridge at U.S. Highway 285 <br /> <br />Concern: <br /> <br />Highway 285 bridge restricts the flow causing additional <br />wat.er to back up and put increased stress on the Monte Vista <br />dike. If some type of conveyance channel could be built, the <br />chances of a large volume of water being backed up behind <br />Highway 2H5 and the dike could be reduced. <br /> <br />Findings: <br /> <br />'fhe bridge consists of two 100 foot spans.
