The maximum 1987 temperature was 98 <br />degrees in July. The mean maximum temperature for July, <br />estimated in the DPR, is 92.5 degrees, as compared to the <br />measured mean maximum temperature for 1987 and 1988 of 88.9 and <br />91.5 degrees respectively. The mean monthly temperatures <br />estimated in the DPR for each month during the growing season <br />were very close to the measured temperatures except for June. <br />The DPR estimated the mean June temperature to be 68.8 degrees, <br />while the measured data is 73.5 degrees. <br /> <br />The rainfall estimate in the DPR is the only available data <br />and indicates that there is about 5.3 inches of rain during the <br />irrigation season. <br /> <br />There is no data to indicate, <br />occurance of climatological factors, <br />which could impact the project area. <br /> <br />one way or another, the <br />such as wind and hail, <br /> <br />1 0 <br />
