The restrictions hereby imposed upon the use of said property
of the Grantors, and the acts which the Grantors so covenant to C
do and refrain from doing upon their said property, hereinafter
referred to as the "easement area," in connection therewith are the
pertinent provisions of the regulations establishing standards for
the use of private lands in the Sawtooth National Recreation Area
as published ih the Federal Register of March 29,1974, pp. 11544-47,
to-wit: 36 CFR S 292.l6(c) and S 292.l6(e), copies of which are t
attached hereto and made a part hereof.

It is agreed that the Grantee has the right to enter upon the
easement area to inspect for violation of the terms of this easement
and to take all action legally necessary and proper to enforce it.

The land of the Grantors, hereinabove referred to and to which
the provisions of this instrument apply, is situate in the County of
Custer, State of Idaho, and is particularly described as follows,

TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the rights hereby granted, unto the Grantee,
and its assigns forever. This grant shall be binding upon the heirs
and assigns of the Grantors and shall constitute a servitude upon the
above described land.
