2. RESTRICl'ICfolS C1'l lAND USE BY GJ'lJ\NI'OR:

The fOllowing restrictions are imposed \.1FOIl the land described aOOve:

a. No sulxiivision of the land described alx:lve shall be pennitted.

1>-1. No structure of any kind, including house trailers or rrobile hares,
shall be placed, used, erected, or maintained upon the easarent area.

1>-2. Not rrore than () single-family dwelling(s), herein-
after also including house trailers and rrobile hares, with normal appurte-
nant structures shall be pennitted on the easarent area. 0

Buildings and structures shall have an attractive appearance,
earth-tone color, nonreflective finish or material, and a'.,"

Provisions shall be made for sufficient topographic or vegetative
screening to prevent such structures fran being obtrusive to
river users.

Adequate provisions for disposal of waste and sewage shall be
m3de to fully CCI1p1y with awlicab1e State and local regulations
for sanitation and water pollution control.

The construction, p1acarent, or exterior alteration of any
structure may be undertaken only after obtaining prior written
afProval of a=hitectura1 and site plans fran the Secretary of the
Interior or his duly autlDrized representative. '

There is specifically retained by the Grantor the right to perfonn
ordinary maintenance on all existing buildings and structures, together
with the right tD replace, rebuild or substitute any building or
structure 'OCM existing with a similar building or structure in
substantially the same location, provided ~ver, that the replace-
mmt, reh.1ild.ing or substitution of any building or structure may be
undertaken only after obtaining prior written approval of architec-
tural and site plans fran the Secretary of the Interior or his duly
autlDriZed representative.

be placed on, or erected upon, the easa:rent area.
