Note, however, that the <br />:Bureau of Reclamation reports about 200,000 acres more in the Lower :Basin, <br />largely in Arizona, and about 200,000 acres less in the upper Basin, about <br />half in Colorado and the balance in Wyoming and Utah. <br /> <br />Note (12): U.
