".;. ot '<cc' ~ <br /> <br />File Orl!anization: A Flow File begins as a 'source' me with data from some outside source which <br />will probably require some editing to bring it into the HYDROSS V4.00 format. Blanks are allowed between the terminating ';' and the beginning of the next item. <br />The 'year' field in water year data is assumed to be the calendar year in which the water year <br />ends. <br />Water year data must be grouped by station, and in order by year for each station. This is <br />for compatibility with HYOROSS V2, and the program does not check on this. <br />Oataset separators (year=O for the last year at a station, year=-l for the last record in the <br />file) are not permitted in V4 (they were required in V2). <br />Units must be consistent throughout the file.
