<br />001136 <br /> <br />WILLIAM RINNE <br /> <br />William Rinne is the Deputy Commissioner, Operations of the Bureau of . <br />Reclamation. In this capacity he provides oversight for Reclamation programs <br />throughout the western 17 states. Prior to this he was the Deputy Regional Director <br />of the Lower Colorado Region of the Bureau of Reclamation in Boulder City, <br />Nevada. He also served for five years as the Area Manager of the Boulder Canyon <br />Operations. In that capacity he was responsible for the overall management of the. <br />water delivery, river operations, water accounting, water conservation, and water <br />and power contracting programs associated with implementing the Secretary .of the <br />Interior's water master functions on the lower Colorado River. In addition, he has <br />19 years of experience in several technical, supervisory and managerial positions in <br />the Lower Colorado Region. He was Rechimation's representative during the initial <br />startup ofthe Federal/non -Federal Multi-Species Conservation Program and most <br />presently represents Reclamation on several of the Federal activities associated with <br />develop~ent and implementation of California's 4.4 Plan. <br /> <br />Mr. Rinne has a Bachelor of Science in Biology and a Master of Science in Zoology. <br />
