<br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />PROJECT RESPONSIBILITIES <br /> <br />The Bureau of Reclamation has the major responsibility for document preparation and <br />plan coordination. The National Park Service, Bureau of Land Management and <br />Colorado Water Conservation Board will provide team members who will coordinate <br />input from their respective agencies and provide data collection and review comments, <br /> <br />THE BUREAU OF RECLAMATION WILL: <br /> <br />1. <br /> <br />Identify Steve McCall as the BOR project leader to coordinate the <br />interagency team and provide the focal point for other agency <br />participation, <br /> <br />2. <br /> <br />Provide support for other team members including clerical and <br />public involvement specialist positions and support. <br /> <br />3. <br /> <br />Produce and distribute progress reports and informational <br />newsletters, <br /> <br />4. <br /> <br />Coordinate the overall production of the EAI EIS, related <br />documents, and public involvement in that process. Utilize Lee <br />Swenson, Regional Environmental Officer, to assure compliance <br />and coordination with Chris Turk (NPS) and Roger Alexander <br />(BLM). <br /> <br />5, <br /> <br />Provide written inpt;t for all documents and review materials <br />within time frames set, <br /> <br />6. <br /> <br />Review and comment on all draft documents and public <br />information materials. <br /> <br />7. <br /> <br />Provide appropriate existing data and analysis. <br /> <br />8, <br /> <br />Provide own funding for staffing, travel, an other participatory <br />needs. <br /> <br />9, <br /> <br />Provide work plans and statements of work for any necessary <br />studies, Provide draft copies for other agency review, <br /> <br />10, <br /> <br />Provide for the development and use of the upper Gunnison Basin <br />planning model. <br /> <br />6 <br /> <br />001012 <br />
