The SCS should be requested to <br />provide technical service. <br /> <br />The City should consider removal of willows from the <br />channel as an annual maintenance item. The river which passes <br />through and adjacent to the city should be divided into 5 <br />approximately equal reaches and a 5-year revolving maintenance <br />plan initiated.
