<br />002135 <br /> <br />r: <br /> <br />2.1.7 Stoeber Lane Bridge <br /> <br />Concern: <br /> <br />L <br /> <br />The Rio Grande is cutting a new river bed, and debris is <br />forming upstream of the Stoeber Lane Bridge which could result <br />in damage to this bridge. <br /> <br />Findings: <br /> <br />Approximately 100 feet along the south bank upstream of <br />the bridge has been eroded. Continued high water will <br />jeopardize the bridge abutment. The Corps of Engineers may be <br />able to do a Section 14 project at this site but it would take <br />about 15 months just to get the paperwork approved.
