No. 91-369, 9lst Congress, 2d Session. <br /> <br />Summary <br /> <br />111e principal chanr.cs affecting H. D. ?>Io. 91-369 are as follm;s: <br />(1) project construction and m.l&R costs were indexed from <br />.January 1969 to October 1970 prices; (2) interest rates of <br />5.J25 percent and 3.463 percent were used for plan formulation <br />and repayment, respectively; (3) the method used in dcri ving <br />interest during construction on staged facilities was changed <br />from charging interest throur.hout the entire project con- <br />struction period to an interest charge on these faciIi tics <br />only during stage construction and ending when each of the <br />stage facilities are- completed and placed in plant-in-service. <br />Results of these changes on the project analysis are summarized <br />in tables 1 and 2. <br /> <br />/ <br />
