A No Action Alternative was also analyzed. <br /> <br />The Bureau of Reclamation requests written comments on the draft EA. Comment should be <br />sent to the Bureau of Reclamation, Western Colorado Area Office, 2764 Compass Drive, Grand <br />Junction, Colorado 81506 on or before November 7, 2003.
