The <br /> <br />cost of such mitigation would be at least $10,800 for com- <br /> <br />v <br /> <br />munity infrastructure investment for each person expected <br /> <br />to be brought to the County by virtue of employment in the <br /> <br />'power plant and mine (or associated population growth) and <br /> <br />$1,020 per person per year during the life of the project <br /> <br />for maintenance of facilities and provision of services. <br /> <br />If the power plant should be built in Rio Blanco County, a <br /> <br />comparable mitigation plan must be developed and' provided <br /> <br />for Uintah County, Utah. <br /> <br />, <br /> <br />0410 <br />
