DEIS at 80. However, there <br /> <br /> <br />is no indication in the DEIS that Deseret's application <br /> <br /> <br />has been granted nor that WPRS has done any environmental <br /> <br /> <br />analysis, or proposed a draft EIS, on this transaction. <br /> <br /> <br />Thus the availability of such water remains speculative. <br /> <br /> <br />Even if "additional" water were to be released <br /> <br /> <br />from Flaming Gorge (which, as noted above, does not ap- <br /> <br /> <br />pear to be practical) it would risk significant altera- <br /> <br /> <br />tion of the endangered species habitat on the stretch <br /> <br /> <br />of the Green River from the dam to Walker Hollow.
