<br />0031~1 <br /> <br />Page 40 <br /> <br />Water use priorities were restricted to the range 10-80. <br /> <br />Values lower than <br /> <br />80 were used for channel losses and the Lee Ferry delivery obligation. <br /> <br />Reservoirs were given priorities in the range 81-97. Note that reservoir <br /> <br />priority was generally decreased with elevation in the basin. This was to <br /> <br />insure that water was stored as high as possible in order to minimize <br /> <br />evaporative losses. <br /> <br />The flood control evacuation was disabled by setting the evacuation demand. <br /> <br />to zero. <br />
