We would appreciate it if you could
review tile evaluation criteria we are planning to use and provide us with any additional criteria
vou might consider important to include or other input you might have by April!.

As I had expressed in my first letter it is my intention to keep you informed of the developments
;IS they occur and where possible we will try to provide documents for your review. As a result of
Ihe first letter we received some feedback from some of you. I would like to thank those of you
1h;lt provided us with information/models or suggestions. A specific suggestion that we have
incorporated into the system was provided by Steve Harris. He suggested that for those of you that
might be interested in looking in detail at the short list models (we anticipate approximately
three), that we provide you with a floppy of these models. We have discussed his suggestion and
agreed that if some of you are interested in this option you should contact us and we will provide
you either a copy of the floppy or a contact person where you can obtain each model (some
models we purchased at a small cost, no more than $50 to $100).

I look forward to getting feedback from all of you. Again I would like to re-iterate that I would
welcome any input you might have in ways to have the sub-committee informed and involved in
t he developments of this task.

Should you need to contact me, please call me at (303) 491-5144, or you can send me a fax at
(303) 491-2293

Sincerely

j&lil ~
F : ",; vi - (/ ~ -
"I

Luis Garcia

Enclosures

Integrated Decision Support Group (IDS)
410 University Services Center
Colorado State University Fort Collins, CO 80523
