He has been <br />in charge of roadway and drainage design for the Kipling Street project in <br />Lakewood, and is currently responsible for drainage plan development and <br />roadway design for a project at Stapleton International Airport. <br /> <br />1 <br /> <br />From 1972 to 1975, Mr. Ross worked in the Overland Park office of HNTB <br />where he was project engineer on various street and storm sewer improvements, <br />involving plan preparation and construction inspection for the Cities of <br />Westwood, Kansas; Westwood Hills, Kansas; Kansas City, Kansas; and for <br />Johnson County, Kansas. He was responsible for preliminary and design <br />surveys; preparation of preliminary reports; preliminary and final plans, <br />including right-of-way acquisition, and construction specifications. <br />As project engineer, he was responsible for project management and the <br />supervision of work by other engineers and by technicians. <br /> <br />~ <br /> <br />~ <br /> <br />During 1972, Mr. Ross worked as an engineer on the master plan and design <br />public hearing preparation for the Interstate 670 project in Kansas City, <br />Kansas. He also worked on the master plan for the Newton City-County <br />Airport and, as an engineer, was involved with plans and construction <br />inspection at the Johnson County, Kansas Airport. <br /> <br />Prior to joining HNTB, Mr. Ross was. a co~struction foreman for L.
