No 722, 1964 <br /> <br />Professional Affiliations <br />American Congress on Surveying and Mapping <br />American Society of Photogrammetry <br /> <br />Professional Experience <br /> <br />Since joining our firm, Mr. McCoy has directed our Field <br />Surveying Division, the Mineral Claims Surveying Department <br />and the Construction Management Department. He is responsible <br />for the effective operations of these departments which <br />include approximately 38 survey crews, survey calculations and <br />drafting personnel and second line management staff. <br /> <br />Under his direction, the Field Surveying Division has <br />performed control work for aerial photomapping for 171 miles <br />of gas pipeline in rough terrain; control surveys for 2,000 <br />acres of proposed oil shale production; ground control surveys <br />for 68 miles of power transmission line, and numerous control <br />surveys for land development and State Highway Department <br />projects. The control work was performed to second and third <br />order standards of accuracy. This division has provided <br />construction surveying for thousands of residential units, <br />commercial and industrial complexes located in Colorado, <br />Wyoming, Nebraska, New Mexico, Arizona and Texas. <br /> <br />Also under his direction, the Mineral Claims Surveying <br />Department has been staking and validating mining claims in <br />Wyoming, Colorado, Montana, Idaho, Washington, Utah, Oregon, <br />California, Nevada, Arizona, New Mexico and South Dakota, <br />since 1974. During the height of the staking season, this <br />department has 25 to 30 crews in the field concurrently. This <br />includes three drill rigs each with an operator and oiler. <br />Altogether, the Mineral Claims Surveying Department has <br />surveyed and staked tens of thousands of claims for various <br />energy clients. <br />
