Performed duties
generally associated with the title Project Engineer/Manager
for various projects involving the following technical areas;
Drainage studies including runoff computations, determination
of the effects of development, and design of drainage struc-
tures; design of sanitary and storm sewer system; water system
analysis and design involving various sources of supply, storage
facilities, transmission mains, and distribution systems;
street and parking lot design; minor structural analysis and
design; feasibility studies; governmental funding program
applications and procedures; specification writing; and com-
puter modeling to assist in the analysis and design of many
of the aforementioned subjects.

Project Engineer of the "Dry Creek Drainage Basin Study" for
the City of Loveland, Colorado. This project consisted of
determining both existing and future developed 100 year storm
runoff quantities for an area of approximately 9 square miles
located between Loveland and the foothills, and recommendation
of improvements to alleviate existing and/or potential future
drainage problems. The basin was analyzed by computer appli-
cation consisting of the "San Francisco Storm Water Model"
used to compute subbasin runoff, and the Corps of Engineers'
"HEC-l" program used to route the flows through streams and
reservoirs.

Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering, University of
Nebraska, 1975

Colorado, E.1.T.
Nebraska, E.!.
