Performed <br />complete engineering services from feasibility studies, <br />reports and design through construction for wide variety <br />of projects, but primarily in the sanitary field. Special <br />emphasis in water and sewage. Supervised and operated <br />sanitary laboratory during this period. <br /> <br />1957 - 1962: Served as design engineer and project engi- <br />neer for Los Angeles County, Waterworks and Utilities <br />Division.
