Performed civil engineering ser- <br />vices with primary emphasis in the water and wastewater <br />fields. <br /> <br />1962 - 1967: Project Engineer and Managing Chief Engineer <br />for Parker and Underwood, Greeley, Colorado. Performed <br />complete engineering services from feasibility studies, <br />reports and design through construction for wide variety <br />of projects, but primarily in the sanitary field. Special <br />emphasis in water and sewage. Supervised and operated <br />sanitary laboratory during this period. <br /> <br />1957 - 1962: Served as design engineer and project engi- <br />neer for Los Angeles County, Waterworks and Utilities <br />Division.
