Toll Gate Creek Major Drainageway Planning for City of, Aurora, Colorado - Mr. Muller has worked on four separate projects on Toll Gate Creek for the City of Aurora, pre- sently having responsibility for all phases of projects on the Creek. ,* * * * Weir Gulch, final design of Drainage Improvements for Urban Drainage & Flood Control District, City of Denver and City of Lakewood - Mr. Muller had been designated Project Manager for the $3.0 million drainage improvement project. This project is the second final design and construction project to be initiated by the Urban Drainage and Flood tontrol Oistrict. * South Platte River Development, South Project, for City and County of Denver, Platte River Development Committee (PRDC) - serving as Project Manager for approximately 2 mile river improvement project including preliminary planning and final design drawings and specifications. Beaver Creek flood plain study of Brush, Colorado-- Mr. Muller is serving as Project Manager on study with Colorado Water Conservation Board and the City of Br~sh to evaluate extent of potential flooding and need for 'possible flood control improvements. Contributing author for American Public Works Association publication, "Practices in Detention of Urban Stormwater Runoff." * * Expert witness for many clients concerning leg~l problems in various flood plain management and flood control im- provement projects. Author of paper on "Floodway Delineation in an Urban Environment", presented at Engineering Foundation Conference on Flood Plain Management.
