Mr. Mitchell serves as section chief in the Photogrammetric De- <br />partment of Nelson, Haley, Patterson and Quirk, Inc. He is primarily responsible for the planning and <br />scheduling of mapping projects, <br /> <br />, <br /> <br />Recent Colorado mapping projects which he has completed include Roxborough Park. south of Denver; <br />City of Aurora; Highway 34, Greeley; Salida to Coaldale Highway. Salida; and the Stagecoach development <br />for Wood moor Corporation near Steamboat Springs. <br /> <br />--I <br />'J <br /> <br />Prior to joining NHPQ, Mr. Mitchell served as survey party chief and compilation section supervisor for <br />Continental Engineers, Inc. (1952.67). His numerous mapping projects include mapping in Greece, Philip- <br />pine Islands and Pakistan. He was also responsible for mapping on Air Force and Army bases. including <br />the Air Force Academy and Fort Carson in Colorado Springs. He completed many highway projects for the <br />Bureau of Public Roads, State of Wyoming and the Colorado Highway Department; and transmission lines <br />for the Bureau of Reclamation in New Mexico and Pacific Power and Light Company in Wyoming. While <br />with Fairchild Aerial Surveys. lnc, (1947.52), he completed several large mapping projects in Montana, <br />Wyoming and New Mexico. <br /> <br />. -i <br />I <br />
