Primary work areas include <br />design of utilities for municipalities, districts, and <br />land development projects; preliminary and final design, <br />plans, specifications, resident project representation <br />for water distribution, sewage collection, water and <br />sewage treatment, flood and storm drainage projects; <br />feasibility reports and organization of special improve- <br />ment districts; and computer system applications. <br /> <br />Head of Engineering Department: Responsible for entire <br />function of major projects from proposal, contracts, <br />preliminary and final design, feasibility reports where <br />required, funding appropriations, plans, specifications, <br />assisting in obtaining property for client, soliciting <br />bids, recommendation for award of construction contracts <br />and construction supervision. Became head draftsman of eight man <br />drafting staff and survey party chief, Responsible for <br />all phases of drafting and organization of construction <br />plans. Responsibility for all improvement location <br />certificates.
