If so, New Mexico's <br />contribution for this activity would be about $5000 annually, <br />plus some capital costs. If a watermaster district is <br />established to administer water in the San Juan River Basin in <br />New Mexico, the watermaster can assume this responsibility and <br />some capital cost also may be required. <br /> <br />6.3.5 State of Colorado <br /> <br />The State of Colorado will participate in the Coordination, <br />Biology, and Navajo Dam Operating Committees, and the estimated <br />cost of this contribution, including in-kind services, is $50,000 <br />per year. <br /> <br />6.3.6 State of Utah <br /> <br />The State of Utah has agreed to participate in the Coordination, <br />Biology, and Navajo Dam Operating Committees, and to ensure <br />administration of instream flows necessary to recover endangered <br />fish species in the San Juan River in Utah. The estimated cost <br />of this in-kind contribution is $50,000 per year, including <br />instream flows administration. <br /> <br />6.3.7 Southern Ute Indian Tribe <br /> <br />The Southern Ute Indian Tribe has agreed to participate in the <br />Coordination and Biology Committees. In addition, the tribe has <br />agreed to participate in all Implementation Program activities. <br />A total estimated cost, including in-kind contributions, is <br />$25,000 per year for the Southern Ute Indian Tribe. <br /> <br />u <br /> <br />6.3.8 Ute Mountain Ute Indian Tribe <br /> <br />o <br />I <br />ri <br />'-' <br /> <br />The Ute Mountain Ute Indian Tribe has agreed to participate in <br />the Coordination and Biology Committees. In addition, the tribe <br />has agreed to participate in Implementation Program activities <br />that involve tribal lands, or activities on tribal lands. A <br />total estimated cost, including in-kind contributions, is $25,000 <br />per year for the Ute Mountain Ute Indian Tribe. <br /> <br />6.3.9 Jicarilla Apache Indian Tribe <br /> <br />[\ <br /> <br />The Jicarilla Apache Indian Tribe has agreed to participate in <br />the Coordination and Biology Committees.
