Information gathered will be utilized to identify <br />specific actions.and to evaluate the need for physical <br />modification of habitats to aid in the recovery of the <br />endangered fish species. <br /> <br />If habitat modification actions are to be implemented <br />(including, but not limited to, removal of impediments <br />to fish passage, or creation of required but <br />unavailable habitats), appropriate permits, National <br />Environmental Policy Act, Clean Water Act, and <br />
