It <br />is the Forum's desire to have the Soil, Water, and Air <br />Management funding, including special riparian <br />investigations to receive ongoing and adequate funding. <br />For the past two years the Congress has appropriated <br />additional funds for COlorado River salinity control, <br />This year the Administration is also requesting special <br />funding for the Colorado River Basin Salinity Control <br />Program, Bureau of Land Management officials have <br />indicated that $3,500,000 is needed for salinity control <br />in FY 92, and the Forum supports this level of funding. <br />Budget documents do not allow for the Forum to determine <br />if the Administration has requested the full $3,500,000 <br />needed, <br />
