These changes are incorporated into the CRSS each
October 1, which creates a set of "official" versions. During the
year as changes are made and successfully tested, they are incor-
porated into CRSS "current" versions. The following procedure is
used to make changes in the CRSM:

- The person making the change sends a form titled "CRSM Change
File Documentation" to the CRSS computer maintenance person,
mail code D-755. Included is a description of the change,
reason for the change, a copy of the new code, changes to data
file and support programs, and changes to any documentation.
The person making the changes is required to test the change
before submitting it to 0-755.

2Pl anned.

6
