<br />24-10-107. Determination of liability. Except as otherwise provided in this
<br />ankle. whe,e sovereign immunity is not a ba, under section 24-10-106.

<br />by a claimant. If a public entity ,aises the issue of sove,eign immunity prio,
<br />to or immediately afte, the commencement of discovery. the coun shall sus-

<br />eign immunity. and shall decide such issue on motion.
