<br />EAGLES NEST WILDERNESS (Continued) <br /> <br />in Civil Action Nos. 1529 and 1548, District Court, Eagle County, State of <br />Colorado and Civil Action No. 2371, District Court, Summit County, State of <br />Colorado. agreed to comply with all Federal requirements for construction of <br />water development facilities within the Eagles Nest Wilderness, which includes <br />obtaining Presidential authorization. That part of the system which would be <br />developed on Federal land above part of the wilderness will require Forest <br />Service approval and will be subject to protective conditions. <br /> <br />The following table for the Eagles Nest Wilderness lists the various water <br />rights existing in and where applicable above this wilderness. The various <br />columns identify the names of the Forest, structure and source of water, <br />location, amount and type of right, dates of appropriation and adjudication, <br />date of designation of the wilderness and the relationship of water rights to <br />land ownership in and above wilderness. <br /> <br />13 <br />
