Consultation <br />with the Navajo Nation will occur before final alignment is determined. <br />ii) General Construction: <br />(1) Navajo Nation Municipal Pipeline: <br />(a) If possible construction of the pipeline within agricultural areas will occur <br />outside of the agricultural production time. <br /> <br />10) Recreation - Operation and presence of the Durango Pumping Plant would adversely affect <br />the quality of the private boating experience for some local users of the Animas River. <br /> <br />a) A voidance/Minimization: <br />i) By Design: <br />(1) Durango Pumping Plant: <br />(a) The Durango Pumping Plant will be designed to blend into the natural land <br />form to the extent practicable, Design elements will blend with the <br />surrounding land forms, colors and lines occurring on the west side of the <br />river.
