These characteristics include soil suitability, <br /> <br /> <br />land clearing and preparation, and farm efficiency adjustments for <br /> <br /> <br />parcel size. After analysis, one of the three parcels was found to <br /> <br /> <br />qualify as potentially PIA. The details of the analysis are <br /> <br /> <br />contained in, "Economic Analysis of Potentially Irrigable Parcels in <br /> <br /> <br />the San Juan West Watershed", December, 1986, prepared by Western <br /> <br /> <br />Research Corporation. <br /> <br />The re.vised payment capacities were used to create revised cost <br /> <br />summaries for the three parcels evaluated by Western Research <br /> <br />Corporation. These revised cost summaries are contained in <br /> <br />Appendix D.3. <br /> <br />Only one parcel (SW82) with 57.4 acres was found to have a positive <br /> <br /> <br />payment capacity and therefore met the requirements of being PIA. <br /> <br />15 <br />
