Promote and support <br />grazing, lcgging, and agricultural and silvicultural techniques that <br />do not adversely affect the greenback cutthroat trout habitat. Ths <br />establishment and maintenance of buffer strips along streams should <br />be encouraged to help protect habitat from human and livestock <br />impacts. The land use practices listed below should be reviewed to <br />ensure that they are not negatively affecting greenback populations: <br /> <br />a. Grazing practices <br />b. Maintaining riparian vegetation <br />c. Silvicultural practices <br />d. Mining activities <br />e. Instream flow maintenance <br />f. Water diversion and reservoir operations <br />g. Road construction <br /> <br />1.6 Enforce reaulations.
