<br />002045 <br /> <br />Previous editions of the Greenback cutthroat Trout Recovery Plan identified <br />recovery actions that have resulted in significant improvements in the status <br />of the greenback. Nineteen stable populations now exist, however only two <br />stable populations occur in the Arkansas River drainage. Two major actions <br />that need to be accomplished befcre the species can be delisted are: <br /> <br />1. The establishment of three additional stable populations in the Arkansas <br />River drainage and <br /> <br />2. The preparation of a long-term management plan and a cooperative <br />management agreement for greenback cutthroat trout to guide management of the <br />greenback after delisting. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />18 <br />
