NORTHERN COLORADO WATER CONSERVANCY
DISTRICT AND MUNICIPAL SUBDISTRICT
for
MARCH 14, 1980 SALINITY HEARINGS
of the
WATER QUALITY CONTROL COMMISSION

The following comments are made concerning the
changes proposed by the Colorado Department of Health in
its draft of March 11, 1980:

(1) Page 3, at very top of page, in section
3.9.3, the language at the sentence providing for reference
to provisions of law not meant to be superseded should in-
clude "Articles 80-92 of title 37 of the 1973 Colorado
Revised Statutes and Article XVI, sections 5, 6 and 7 of
the Colorado constitution.

Page 3, in section 3.9.5, should strike
corresponding state requirements, C.R.S.

Colorado law"

(3) Page 3, in section 3.9.6 strike the words

and substitute "including review of such plans as the
Forum may endorse."

The District and Subdistrict still recommend the
adoption of proposed language for section 3.9.5 contained on
page 13 of Mr. Simpson's testimony.
