SUMMARY AND CONCLUSION

The primary recommendation for appropriate changes to the USBR procedures used
to calculate irrigation consumptive use is that the procedures need to be updated and/or
calibrated. Additionally, some of the procedures used to determine consumptive use could
not be reviewed because the engineering analysis use to determine them is lost.
